Treatments
Sometimes you dont know what treatment you need, and sometimes you know exactly what you want to book in for - so always ask us if you are unsure!
Choose from a range of treatments that are outlined below!
Deep tissue/ Sports massage
Sports Massage/ Deep tissue is a more intense treatment that focuses on specific muscular restrictions. We use multiple techniques, such as trigger pointing, soft tissue release, active and passive stretching and many more options to help revitalise your muscles.
Injury assessments
We can assess a new, long term or undiagnosed injury and work with you to get you back on track. Wether that means getting you back to your sport, or just being pain free in normal life, the skies the limit.
Cupping and IASTM
Both of these treatments are used in conjunction with deep tissue or therapy work.
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is a popular treatment for myofascial restriction, using specially designed instruments to provide a mobilising effect to scar tissue and myofascial adhesions.
Cupping allows us to grab, pull and push fascia to treat pain, mobility and movement dysfunctions. It’s a great way to stretch the muscles, skin, tendons, ligaments and fascia for a more thorough release.
Corporate well-being
Look after the well-being of your employees whether they work in the office or at home. Purchasing a monthly subscription allows yours employees to book in for a session wherever they are. Increasing well-being increase effectiveness in the workplace.

Human Trak
With HumanTrak Movement Analysis System we are able to measure and assess your range of motion, balance and stability.
Using a 3D camera we can create a 3D model of your body that responds as you move. What was traditionally confined to assessment by eye can be accuratelymeasured, tracked and improved over time with objective data.
The animated overlay on top of your body providesreal-time feedback, including balance lines, jointangles and joint loadings. This helps us help you understand how your bodymoves and how we can help you improve.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a treatment used for pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. With this technique, a provider inserts thin needles into or near your trigger points. The needles stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch. This helps relieve pain and improve your range of motion.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave is a procedure where sound waves of energy are passed through the skin to the injured part of the body using a special device. The shockwaves are mechanical and not electric and work by increasing blood flow to the injured area. This accelerates the body's healing process.
